Co-Founder & Shareholder
Zulhairi is the co-founder and shareholder of Perintis Kembara Sdn Bhd. He holds a degree in Accountancy from the University Technology MARA and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as a Chartered Accountant. Zulhairi began his career as a humble banker in 1995, where he developed a strong foundation in finance and business management.
In 2008, leveraging his extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Zulhairi co-founded Perintis Kembara Sdn Bhd with Mohd Emil Salim Bahari. Together, they identified a niche in facility management and Oil and Gas support services, focusing on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to their clients. Zulhairi’s strategic vision and financial expertise have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and establishing its reputation as a leading provider in the industry.

Emil Sallim Bahari
Co-Founder & Shareholder
Emil Sallim Bahari is the co-founder and shareholder of Perintis Kembara Sdn Bhd, which he established with Zulhairi in 2008. Emil graduated from Lancaster University in the UK with a degree in Accountancy and Finance, and also holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney. His academic background is complemented by extensive professional experience in top management roles at esteemed organizations such as PETRONAS and SCOMI.
Emil’s leadership and strategic insights have been crucial in shaping the direction and growth of Perintis Kembara Sdn Bhd.
